Our cutting edge Secure Online Shopping Application allows you to process your order once you make your selections within a TOTALLY Secure Environment. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Taxes

All Illinois residents will be charged a 6.50% sales tax.

Shipping/Handling

We currently ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Priority Mail will be used for domestic shipments, and International Global Express Mail will be used for locations outside the United States.

Orders received before 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) will be processed the next business day.
Orders received after 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Once we have receipt of your order, upon approval, your item(s) will be processed for delivery within 3 to 5 business days and then shipped as outlined above in our Shipping/Handling Section.

Internet Orders

As you browse, decide which product(s) you would like to order and add them to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button on the product page. You can then choose to continue shopping or checkout. Remember, you can remove selections from your cart at any time. When you do decide to checkout, our system will walk you through the process. You will be asked to choose a shipping method so that the final calculations can be made for your order. Choose continue to enter the applicable billing and shipping information and then choose "Credit Card" as your payment option and enter the applicable information.

Return Policy

If a product appears to be defective, please contact us with the problem. We may be able to solve it or guide you in the correct usage of the product. If the product is truly defective, we will replace it or give you a full refund if you return it with an RA within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing list.
